TalentArc HR Solutions is hiring experienced Sales Managers for Loan Against Property (LAP) business across multiple locations. The role focuses on LAP sales, customer acquisition, secured-lending business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive LAP sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Handle LAP cases with ticket sizes of approximately ₹50 Lakhs–₹5 Cr.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop customer and business relationships.
- Coordinate cases through sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain consistent sales performance.

Technical / Functional Skills
Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred industry exposure: Relevant Loan Against Property (LAP) sales experience is mandatory. Approximately ₹1 Cr monthly LAP business handling capability preferred. Experience with ₹50 Lakhs–₹5 Cr LAP ticket sizes. Bank / NBFC / Housing Finance background preferred. Strong mortgage / secured lending knowledge. Full-time Bachelor’s Degree preferred. MBA is an added advantage.
