TalentArc HR Solutions uses the information you provide to assess your profile, contact you about suitable opportunities, coordinate recruitment steps and share relevant information with authorized employers or recruitment partners for legitimate hiring activity.
Information that may be used
This may include your contact details, location, education, work history, skills, compensation expectations, notice period, interview status and other recruitment-relevant information you choose to provide.
Profile sharing
Relevant resume and screening information may be shared with an authorized employer or recruitment partner when there is a legitimate recruitment purpose. TalentArc does not sell candidate profiles or guarantee selection, salary or employment.
Retention and requests
TalentArc may retain recruitment records while they remain reasonably useful for active or future opportunities, operational evidence, dispute prevention or legal requirements. You may contact us to update your profile, withdraw from a process or request handling of your information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Candidate safety
Do not send bank details, OTPs or unnecessary high-risk identity documents through open social-media messages. TalentArc does not charge candidates a job-placement fee.
