TalentArc HR Solutions is hiring experienced Sales Managers with strong Loan Against Property (LAP) sales experience. The role focuses on sourcing and growing LAP business, customer acquisition, relationship management, channel development and coordination through the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve LAP sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Generate business through direct sales, DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Acquire and manage customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams.
- Support documentation, sanction and disbursement processes.
- Track market opportunities and business performance.

Technical / Functional Skills
Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred industry exposure: Relevant LAP experience is mandatory. LAP ticket-size exposure: approximately ₹50 Lakhs–₹5 Cr.
