TalentArc HR Solutions™ is hiring an AI Risk Engineer in Bellandur, Bengaluru. Experience: 3+ Years. Employment: Full-time (FTE). Work arrangement: 4 days work from office. Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM. Support AI risk assessments, Responsible AI reviews and governance controls. Maintain AI model and agent inventories, evaluate fairness, security and compliance risks, and collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation scripts, workflows and tools for AI risk assessments and Responsible AI reviews.
- Configure and maintain AI governance workflows, controls and risk tracking using Credo AI or similar platforms.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments for machine learning models, generative AI and AI agents.
- Maintain an inventory of AI models, agents and enterprise AI use cases.
- Evaluate AI solutions for fairness, security, compliance and ethical risks.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy and technology teams to implement Responsible AI controls.
