Interview tips
Prepare evidence, not memorised answers
Use concise examples to explain the situation, your action and the outcome—then connect it directly to the target role.

Prepare examples covering a challenge, achievement, mistake, conflict, deadline and improvement. Choose recent situations where your own contribution is easy to explain.
Keep the structure simple
Briefly describe the situation, the action you personally took and the outcome. Spend most of the answer on your decisions and execution rather than background detail.
Add useful specifics
Mention scale, constraints, tools, stakeholders and measurable results when relevant. Specific evidence is more credible than saying you are hardworking, adaptable or a good communicator.
Connect the example to the role
End by explaining why the experience matters for the position you are discussing. This makes it easier for the interviewer to translate your past performance into future fit.
Practise the structure, not a script. Natural wording, honest reflection and a clear outcome are stronger than a polished answer that sounds memorised.
