About the role
Job Purpose
Independently control day-to-day spares operations with accurate stock, timely dispatch and audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive material and verify quantity, part number, description and physical condition
- Complete GRN, inward, outward, stock-transfer, return and adjustment transactions in ERP
- Maintain systematic identification, binning, storage and stock accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts, reconcile physical and system inventory and investigate variances
- Pick, pack and dispatch the correct spare parts with complete supporting documents
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, Service, Accounts and regional teams
- Control returned, rejected, damaged, warranty and non-moving material
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, audit-ready records and MIS

Technical / Functional Skills
Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Graduate or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Automobile, Supply Chain, Logistics or Stores Management
Preferred industry exposure: Construction equipment, concrete equipment, automotive, commercial vehicles, heavy engineering or industrial machinery. Ability to read, speak and understand Kannada is mandatory; working English and Hindi are desirable.
Working Conditions / Travel
Warehouse-based role requiring independent handling of daily inward, inventory and dispatch activity.
