Design and improve concrete pumping equipment while resolving production and field engineering issues.
About the role
Job Purpose
Own product design, engineering changes, cost optimisation and technical documentation for concrete line pumps, boom pumps and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models, assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings
- Design sheet-metal components, structures and hydraulic piping layouts
- Resolve production, quality and field issues through root-cause analysis
- Execute product improvements and engineering changes
- Support new-product development, prototypes, testing and productionisation
- Drive VAVE and cost-reduction initiatives
- Maintain drawings, BOMs, calculations and engineering-change records

6–7 Years
Technical / Functional Skills
Solid EdgeAutoCADD ModellingGD&THydraulic LayoutsVAVE
Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred industry exposure: Construction equipment, heavy engineering, hydraulics or mobile machinery.
Working Conditions / Travel
Based at Pune HO with travel to manufacturing locations as required.
