About the role
Job Purpose
Ensure spare-parts availability, stock accuracy, timely movement, disciplined ERP controls and reliable support to regional and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive material and verify quantity, part number, description and physical condition
- Complete GRN, inward, outward, stock-transfer, return and adjustment transactions in ERP
- Maintain systematic identification, binning, storage and stock accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts, reconcile physical and system inventory and investigate variances
- Pick, pack and dispatch the correct spare parts with complete supporting documents
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, Service, Accounts and regional teams
- Control returned, rejected, damaged, warranty and non-moving material
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, audit-ready records and MIS
- Plan replenishment and monitor shortages, backorders, ageing and obsolete inventory
- Coordinate inter-location stock transfers and critical customer requirements
- Allocate work, train warehouse staff and monitor productivity
- Prepare inventory, dispatch, shortage and performance MIS
Required Experience
8–9 Years
Technical / Functional Skills
Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Graduate or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Automobile, Supply Chain, Logistics or Materials Management
Preferred industry exposure: Engineering, automotive, construction equipment, industrial machinery or multi-location spare-parts distribution.
Working Conditions / Travel
Warehouse-based role involving material handling, stock verification and cross-functional coordination.
